Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients can open the signing link and complete the document from any modern browser.
How long are my files stored?
We automatically delete uploaded and signed PDFs after about 24 hours. Download your signed document before then.
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
In many jurisdictions, electronic signatures are legally valid for common agreements. Always confirm requirements for your specific document and location.
Can I add more than one signer?
Sign Any PDF Free focuses on single-signer workflows right now. For multi-signer routing, we recommend completing signatures sequentially and combining the final PDFs if needed.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PDF files only. The maximum file size is 25MB per upload.
Does the tool work on mobile?
Yes. The signing and reviewing experience works on modern mobile browsers as well as desktop.
